Each 1 mL serving includes

Eleuthero (root) (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
Rhodiola (root) (Rhodiola rosea)
Schizandra (berry) (Schizandra chinesis)
Manchurian Thorn Tree (root) (Aralia mandschurica)
Maral root (root) (Rhaponticum carthamoides)
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Take one or more servings (1 mL) several times daily or as needed. For strenuous athletic training, up to 6 single servings per hour of exercise is recommended.

Can be mixed with water or fruit juice, if desired.

Contains no added starch, salt, wheat, gluten, corn, coloring, nuts, or dairy products.
